Job Description
What you will do
- Review negotiate and draft a broad range of commercial contracts and website terms.
- Advise the business in relation to privacy consumer protection trade practices and competition law issues.
- Assist with M&A activity.
- Collaborate and support relevant stakeholders in managing legal disputes including IP infringements service provider and customer disputes.
- Assist with event sponsorships trade promotions and marketing collateral.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game we own it we step in we are curious we dont take ourselves too seriously).
- Unrestricted Australian practising certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
