- Lead and manage the planning and delivery of Business Transformation projects within the Operations department.
- Develop and implement phased strategies and adoption plans to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders understanding their needs and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop effective solutions.
- Create and maintain project artifacts in compliance with PMI industry standards and relevant regulations.
- Mentor team members on project management practices promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide timely financial performance and forecasting reports collaborating closely with business and financial project managers.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Advanced degree in Project Management Business Administration Finance Economics Information Systems Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Proven ability to manage coordination and at both highlevel and detailed levels across multiple teams and projects.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in program and project management with handson experience from project initiation to implementation using formal methodologies.
- Expertise in project management procurement and finance systems such as MS Project Ariba On Demand and SAP.
Qualifications :
