Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills professionalism and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls take messages and handle inquiries promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and wellorganized.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
