Sphirea Plus is seeking a detailoriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will develop implement and manage communication strategies that enhance brand consistency streamline messaging and ensure effective information flow across the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans to support company initiatives and objectives.
- Write edit and proofread internal and external communications including newsletters reports and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate press releases and manage relationships with media outlets.
- Assist in organizing company events presentations and public appearances.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials.
- Collaborate with different departments to align communication strategies with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Handle crisis communication strategies and provide timely responses when necessary.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communications public relations or a similar role.
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in media relations and event coordination is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
