Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee project schedules ensuring milestones are met.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and provide updates to management.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines reports and meeting notes.
- Address and resolve project challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Microsoft Project).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
