Job Description:
The Airlines Employee Communications team is growing as they build a world class internal communications organization that keeps people at the forefront of all we do. Were looking for strategic collaborative communicators who like to help create new processes and systems while using innovative tools and tactics that inform inspire and mobilize the brands 70000 employees to help us be our best for our customers.
Were looking for a communications professional to join the Employee Communications team to create and implement effective strategies that embody worldclass employee communications support the brands enviable culture and help the company exceed its business goals on our journey to better connect the world.
Reporting to the General Manager Employee Communications Reservations this critical thinker excels at understanding operational policies anticipating communication needs and effectively developing writing and executing communications strategy. Able to work collaboratively with peers and leaders as well as crossfunctionally on a variety of employee communications topics and projects ranging from safety to employee policies. This role will manage daily operational communications needs for the Reservation division focusing on delivering communications that protect our culture and strong internal brand reputation while also creating communications that inform inspire and mobilize the airlines employees to exceed goals and prove to our customers why no one better connects the world.
