- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and maximize profits.
- Forecast revenue and prepare financial reports to guide business decisions.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Capable of creating processes and systems to increase accountability and establish a reporting standard.
- Manage cash flow accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processing.
- Develop and monitor costcontrol measures to optimize operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations statutory filings and financial audits.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and packages targeting highend clientele.
- Supervise administrative functions including procurement logistics and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws workplace safety and employment regulations.
- Manage licenses permits and contractual agreements related to the camps operations.
- Oversee camp facilities ensuring proper maintenance and resource management.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Travel and Tourism Hospitality sector added advantage
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Minimum 5 Years of experience managing business operations accounts and/or administration
- Must be a problem solver who can work independently to create solutions
- A bachelors in finance/accounting or any related field.
