- Responsible for generating bookings with new customers and following up with online leads.
- Ensuring all invoices are sent to customers on time and following up on service payments.
- Responsible for weekly B2B sales activities to grow client pipeline for the businesss services.
- Coordinate all bookings and transportation schedules for all client arrivals and departures on campsites.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns to increase online inquires.
- Take leading in coordinating trade fair opportunities to create visibility for the business.
- Assist in managing room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle cancellations modifications and refund requests per camp policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing guest concerns and special requests.
- Collaborate with travel agents tour operators and corporate clients to secure bookings.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reservation reports for management review.
- Stay updated on camp offerings wildlife experiences and seasonal activities to advise guests effectively.
Qualifications :
- Diploma holders and above in Hospitality Tourism or related fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in reservations hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficiency in Online Travel Agency systems.
- Strong communication in English (written & spoken) and customer service skills.
- Must be located/reside in Arusha Tanzania
