Are you an Engineering Manager who would like to work for a truly global Australian success story PaperCut Software have been fighting the battle on sustainability for the last 26 years and we now have over 1000 million end users across 195 countries. We are looking for a leader to drive excellence in engineering and delivery within our Cloud team. Youll collaborate with product and design to create customerfocused solutions from concept to completion while empowering your team to exceed their goals.
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager this is a fulltime hybrid role based in our Melbourne office 3 days per week.
Some of what you might do
- Youll make sure your team works in the smartest way possible by helping engineers make intelligent tradeoff decisions and collaboratively mature work practices.
- Youll build relationships and collaborate within Product Development and across PaperCut to ensure that your deliverables reach expectations with quality.
- Youll review and improve how your team approaches product engineering to ensure were getting both the commercial and product performance that we expect.
- Youll invest in developing your teams capabilities and identifying and attracting new talent to PaperCut.
A little about you
- You can work with other Engineering Managers to make product engineering decisions and guide .
- You have experience building and releasing a successful SaaS product and working on improving launched products.
- You can support your team in helping them deliver highquality software products.
- You can take a holistic approach to engineering considering the wider businesses thoughts and their impact on your decisionmaking.
