Job Description

  • You will identify nurture and convert prospects into longterm partners and customers
  • You will leverage the companys existing network and deals to create new revenue streams
  • You will build rapport with senior executives operations managers and decisionmakers within target industries
  • You will take ownership of existing and future contracts ensuring their and profitability
  • You will create and refine sales processes pricing strategies and dealclosing tactics
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs
  • You will develop and execute strategies to penetrate markets in Italy Austria Germany
  • and beyond
  • You will stay informed about industry trends and customer needs in mobility
  • infrastructure and energy sectors
  • You will act as the primary point of contact with key customers and stakeholders
  • You will establish trust and confidence with operational teams and decisionmakers
  • You will achieve revenue targets linked to KPIs including customer acquisition retention
  • rates and user engagement

Qualifications :

  • You have 8 years in business development sales or commercial roles preferably in oil and gas logistics energy or infrastructure
  • You have a proven track record in dealclosing and relationship management
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English (German is a strong plus)
  • You are comfortable navigating both tech startup and corporate landscapes
  • You are resilient resourceful and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results
