Rothe is seeking an Integration Measurement Performance and Compliance Team (IMPACT) Manager to provide contract wide integration process and product integration and overall quality management services for the entire contract in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agencys enterpriselevel contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications using the internet digital platforms and IT management for NASAs Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries to producing engaging videos to information technology management to using social media to share NASAs message eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASAs communication to the outside world. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Integration Measurement Performance and Compliance Team (IMPACT) manager position is within the Program Management office and reports to the eMITS Program Manager (PM). In this role the IMPACT manager has support from three direct reports and acts as an experienced SME regarding federal NASA contract compliance governance relationships integration and audits; represents the program at NASA boards; chairs the programs quality management meetings; leads program information security and program IT systems developments. This role is one of the collaborative senior advisors within the PMO and coordinates our quality delivery of services with the programs business manager transformation manager service delivery directors and safety and health officer at the direction of the PM. The IMPACT actively participates in weekly senior leadership staff meetings. The IMPACT owns the programs contract compliance contract integration and quality management function and acts as one of the senior members of the programs PMO team on this NASA agencywide contract of 670 technical personnel on 500 work packages that support to the OCIO and OCOMM at all ten NASA centers. This position may be remote.

Remote hybrid and onsite positions the employee bears travel costs to nearest NASA Center for badging and issue of NASA IT equipment.
EDUCATION
BS or BA required.
Experience commensurate with Manager Level selected between 10 to 20 years.
Familiar with contracts and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have experience interacting with high level federal customers such as Contracting Officers (COs) and Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs). Candidate must have experience in interpreting contract requirements and establishing systems to meet those requirements and work with diverse teams to turn concepts into plans of actions and deliver successful outcomes to the customer with the highest quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams OneNote One Drive) SharePoint and Box.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep NASA or DoD federal contract experience and knowledge managing and leading multicenter and multidiscipline agencywide contracts. Success leading large quality management programs. Success as a proactive and insightful senior leader working in a fastpaced environment. Quality Management Federal Contract Project or Program certifications are desired.
