We are seeking a dynamic Wellness Academy Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids United States. In this role you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive wellness education programs while managing a team of wellness professionals and trainers.
- Provide personal training and group fitness classes to clientele
- Design and oversee comprehensive wellness curriculum development and implementation
- Lead and mentor a team of wellness trainers and program coordinators
- Develop and manage program budgets while tracking ROI metrics
- Create and maintain educational content for various wellness initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align wellness programs with organizational objectives
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and participant feedback
- Implement quality control measures for all wellness education programs
- Foster partnerships with external wellness experts and vendors
- Drive innovation in wellness program delivery methods
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Health Sciences Education or related field
- 5 years of experience in wellness program management
- 3 years of experience in training or educational role
- Proven track record in curriculum development and implementation
- Professional certifications such as Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) or Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM)
- Strong knowledge of corporate wellness programs and adult learning principles
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience in budget management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and wellness program management software
