Position Summary: Vacuum maintenance is responsible for the maintenance repair and technical support of production related equipment systems.
Essential Functions/Responsibility: Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Installation maintenance and troubleshooting skills for production and facilities equipment. This includes proficiency with a variety of tools such as DVMs RGAs and leak detection
- Perform complete electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance services ranging from low voltage DC systems to AC voltages from 120 up to 480 volts.
- Complete inspections and logs as required
- Proper handling of compressed gas cylinders material handling equipment per EHS requirements.
- Perform inventory of equipment spare parts.
- Experience using various hand and power tools multimeter leak detectors electronic or computerized test systems etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Qualifications :
- Associates degree or equivalent years of experience in maintenance/electronic
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills particularly required by a diverse and extensive amount of high vacuum pump and vacuum control systems within the facility.
- Knowledgeable of a wide array of industrial technologies including: Electronics mechanics hydraulics pneumatics vacuum technology control systems.
- Able to read and interpret schematics drawings and technical manuals
- Installation maintenance and repair of low medium and high vacuum systems mostly located in clean room areas of the facility.
