Job Description
As a Java Software Engineer you will:
- Design implement and test Javabased applications and components in alignment with project requirements and architectural guidelines
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and established quality benchmarks
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of applications
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application code for improved speed scalability and efficiency
- Create comprehensive test plans and documentation ensuring the reliability and maintainability of the developed software
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including software engineers designers and QA testers to deliver highquality software solutions
- Embrace Agile methodologies participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily standups
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth staying proactive in expanding your knowledge of Java and related technologies
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
- 14 years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong expertise in Java Java EE Spring Framework and related tools.
- Proficiency in:
- Java & JavaScript
- Primefaces
- Oracle DB & PLSQL
- WebLogic/Wildfly WS (RESTJSON) Jasper
- Experience with design patterns objectoriented and multithreaded programming.
- Strong problemsolving teamwork and communication skills (French & English).
- Knowledge of Agile Microservices Spring Boot Docker Kubernetes React HL7CDAFHIR JBPM and Drools would be considered an advantage.
