So what are the main duties of an IT Business Analyst in NetcompanyIntrasoft
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes related to public sector taxation. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to support the successful implementation of new software systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders including government officials endusers and technical teams to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for the taxation software.
- System Design and Specification: Develop detailed system specifications use cases and process flow diagrams. Translate business requirements into technical requirements that guide the development team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Project Involvement: Participate in the development modernization implementation and maintenance of the taxation information system.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs) functional specifications and user manuals.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate and test the software ensuring it meets the defined requirements and standards.
- Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope and requirements documenting and communicating any modifications to relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the project manager and other key stakeholders on the progress of analysis design and implementation activities.
- Functional & Integration Testing: Perform functional and integration tests on software customizations and custom development to ensure proper implementation and integration.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in the field of business process analysis of information systems.
- Proven involvement as an information systems analyst in at least one project related to information system development modernization implementation or maintenance.
- Fluent in both Lithuanian and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to analyzing complex business processes.
- Knowledge of information systems design development methodologies and business process modeling tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including government officials technical teams and endusers.
- Experience in managing project timelines deliverables and stakeholder expectations. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
It would also be a big plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience in the implementation of revenue management collections or taxation projects.
- Familiarity with Public Sector Processes and operations and taxation systems.
- Holding an internationally recognized qualification as an information systems analyst like: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Information Systems Analyst (ISA) Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA)
