Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Asset Management Specialist in NetcompanyIntrasoft
As an IT Asset Management Specialist you will:
- Perform stock management tasks as described in the IT Equipment lifecycle management;
- Coordinate the reception transport and storage of new equipment to the appropriate stocks;
- Maintain product catalogues and list of all software licenses;
- Monitor subscriptions and warranty/maintenance expiration dates;
- Plan coordinate and monitor equipment moves and/or shipments;
- Calculate the annual equipment budget needs for purchasing of ICT equipment following the policies and monitor budget consumption;
- Provide technical expertise on the financial evaluation of offers;
- Prepare annual budget needs and allocation plans.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of ICT hardware/software and indepth knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience with the purchase of ICT equipment and services;
- Experience with budget management and budget reporting;
- Experience with contract management in an international environment;
- Understanding of ICT tender and procurement procedures in an international environment;
- Excellent knowledge of English; French is a added advantage;
- ITIL Certification OR completion of an ITIL certification within 3 months of starting the position;
- Minimum 1 Technical Certification from the list below (for Mid level profiles only):
- Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)
- Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
- Certified IT Asset Disposal (CITAD)
- The Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
