TheRetail Operations Manager Mission:
To ignite the heart of our growing retail operations creating seamless scalable processes that deliver unforgettable customer experiences and set the stage for success at every step.
How youll drive success:
Operational Excellence & Growth:Contribute to our continued success as we expand by holding high standard of store operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Strategy & Foundations:Plan develop and implement scalable operating procedures for all store functions by championing innovation to enhance the customer journey reduce inefficiency and lower costs.
TeamDevelopment & Training: Inspire support and develop our Retail Ops teamwith a reverseleadership approach leading with empowerment and autonomy.
Compliance:Maintain and enforce health and safety standards across all stores providing a secure environment for both our employees and customers
Licensing: Manage applications and renewals for all necessary licences and liaise with local councils to resolve any operational obstacles.
Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and analyse regular reports on inventory levels and key performance indicators as well asproviding datadriven recommendations to the Retail Leadership Team
Travel & OnSite Support:Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations offer support and identify improvement opportunities
What youll need to thrive:
Experience working as a Retail Operations Manager or similar role within the retail industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with diverse teams
Ability to work in a team with humility and empathy with strong leadership and training skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic and exciting retail environment!
Indepth knowledge of health and safety regulations in a retail environment and familiarity with industry compliance requirements
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strong creative vision aligned with our brand and overall strategy
