About the Role
As a Concierge Specialist you'll be responsible for engaging customers via SMS and email to enhance their subscription experience. Your role will focus on customer retention churn prevention and improving customer satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Success Manager and team coach to refine retention strategies and increase customer lifetime value.
What You’ll Do
Engage Customers Proactively – Reach out via SMS and email to assist customers with their upcoming orders.
Prevent Churn & Improve Retention – Persuade customers to stay subscribed upgrade or adjust their plans.
Handle Customer Inquiries – Answer questions about pricing subscription modifications cancellations and other concerns.
Gather & Analyze Feedback – Understand why customers cancel and collaborate with the team to improve retention processes.
Drive Upsells & Customer Satisfaction – Recommend upgrades suggest personalized products and ensure a seamless experience.
Utilize Customer Support Tools – Manage interactions using Shopify Recharge and Google Suite.
What You Bring
Proven experience in customer service with a focus on retention & upselling.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – must be empathetic persuasive and proactive.
Fast typing speed 65 WPM) with strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to build strong customer connections through SMS and email interactions.
Experience with Shopify Recharge and Google Suite is a plus.
A highenergy solutionsoriented mindset with a strong ability to handle objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in ecommerce platforms and subscriptionbased services.
Familiarity with technical troubleshooting.
Background in digital marketing sales or customer engagement.
