Job Description

As a Senior UX Designer youll be the bridge between customer needs design thinking and technical excellence. Youll thrive in this role if you possess strong analytical abilities a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and a passion for delivering usercentric solutions.
Youll work in a team composed of 3 to 6 talented crossfunctional members (product engineering data scientists) and collaborate closely with product leaders and stakeholders across the company (marketing sales customer success and leadership).
Tasks
- Drive UX strategy aligned with business goals
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable UX solutions that improve customer experience and drive adoption
- Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing.
- Develop and iterate on wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
- Create user flows sitemaps and clear information architectures.
- Collaborate with other designers product managers developers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand friction points and refine the product experience
- Lead design workshops and mentor junior designers
Requirements
- 5 years of professional UX design user research and usability testing experience
- Proven experience in defining and executing UX strategy that aligns with business goals
- Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools (we use Figma)
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Ability to create clear information architecture and user flows
- Excellent crossfunctional collaboration and communication
- Datadriven problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand technical constraints
- Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring designers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French with the ability to present to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
