Job Description
The summer intern will be part of the Global Data Office (GDO) team which identifies and commercializes Visas data to create value for our clients and communities while leading Visas efforts to responsibly manage our customers data. Data initiatives span across Visa functions and geographies providing a unique birdseye view of the organization and broad professional exposure. Each initiative is different and requires a unique approach from shortterm sprints to longerterm engagements.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduating with a bachelors degree as of December 2025 or later.
- Strong communications skills specifically the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful selfstarter who can work with fastpaced teams.
- Experience in finance consulting or technology fields working in analyst roles preferred.
- Coursework in Finance Data Analytics Business Administration preferred.
- Strong project management skills organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset willing to work with shifting priorities.
- Interest in analytic practices that drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis and modeling preferred.
- SQL or Python programming experience preferred.
Additional Information :
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $23/HR to $26/HR USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
This is a hybrid position: Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
