As a Summer Intern in Legal you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our new CLM system. This is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in legal operations project management and technology implementation within a global corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the CLM system to meet the specific needs of the legal department.
- Collaborate with legal team members to gather and document requirements for the CLM system.
- Support data migration efforts including data cleansing and validation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to the project team.
- Develop training materials and assist in training sessions for endusers.
- Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal operations team as needed.

Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong interest in legal operations and technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with contract management systems or legal technology is a plus.
