Position Overview:
The Marketing Operations Officer at Land Republic will be an essential part of our marketing team responsible for optimizing and managing marketing processes and technologies. In this role you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to support the seamless of marketing campaigns leveraging datadriven insights and implementing best practices to improve marketing performance. Your efforts will help scale Land Republic s marketing activities while ensuring efficiency consistency and alignment with the company s business objectives.
1. Marketing Process Optimization
- Evaluate design and refine marketing workflows to maximize efficiency and support the rapid growth of Land Republic.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and streamline marketing procedures ensuring consistency and scalability.
Campaign Management Support
- Assist in the endtoend management of marketing campaigns from planning to tracking and reporting.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Land Republic s brand voice and business goals.
- Work with the creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.
Marketing Technology Management
- Oversee the use and optimization of marketing automation platforms CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other marketing technologies to ensure smooth campaign and effective data management.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate marketing tools and technologies enhancing overall marketing productivity.
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates lead generation) to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance helping stakeholders understand marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Budget and Resource Management
- Manage marketing budgets ensuring campaigns stay within financial parameters and deliver expected results.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking of expenditures.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with sales product and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
- Help build a collaborative marketing environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and successful project .
Vendor and Partner Management
- Coordinate with external vendors agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
- Evaluate performance metrics with thirdparty partners to ensure highquality results.
Brand Consistency and Compliance
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with Land Republic s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor marketing efforts to comply with legal regulatory and industry standards particularly related to land sales and investments.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed of the latest marketing trends tools and technologies to keep Land Republic at the forefront of the industry.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for innovation in marketing operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems or project management tools are a plus.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations marketing project management or a related field.
- Experience in managing multichannel campaigns optimizing marketing systems and leveraging data for performance improvement.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Attention to detail processoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate or land investment marketing is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and tactics for real estate/land sales.
