Job Title: Compliance & Portfolio Manager
About Us
We are a fastgrowing investment startup developing an innovative platform for crypto equities and real estate investments including REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). As we expand we are looking for a Compliance & Portfolio Manager to oversee both regulatory compliance and investment strategy within Estonia s financial and crypto landscape.
This is a fulltime onsite role based in Tallinn ideal for a candidate with experience working within Estonia s financial sector and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with Estonian financial laws regulations and licensing requirements for crypto securities and real estate investments.
- Manage all regulatory filings AML/KYC compliance and risk assessment processes.
- Act as the primary liaison with Estonian financial regulators auditors and legal advisors.
- Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes to ensure the company operates within legal frameworks.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and reporting structures to meet local and EU regulatory requirements.
Portfolio Management:
- Oversee and optimize investment portfolios across cryptocurrency equities REITs and real estate.
- Develop risk management strategies to protect and maximize investment performance.
- Conduct market research financial analysis and due diligence for investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on fund allocation asset diversification and investment growth strategies.
- Track financial trends and regulatory risks to guide investment decisionmaking.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be based in Tallinn Estonia (fulltime onsite).
- Fluency in Estonian and English is required.
- Proven experience working within Estonia s financial sector (preferably in compliance investment or portfolio management).
- Strong knowledge of Estonian financial regulations AML/KYC compliance and investment licensing.
- Experience managing crypto stocks REITs and real estate investments.
- Strong connections or prior experience working with Estonian financial authorities and investment firms.
- Ability to navigate regulatory risks while optimizing investment performance.
- Strong analytical strategic and decisionmaking skills.
