Job Description
Our client is in the automotive industry. They provide their customers with a seamless experience when buying and selling of cars. They are expanding their team and are looking for a dynamic candidate for their Sales Admin role.
This is a fulltime inperson role. The work location is in Ubi area Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
- Actively follow up with existing customers via calls or WhatsApp
- Send quotations to customers
- Able to have good communication skills and initiating actions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results
- 5.5 day work week
- Working hours
- MonFri 9.30am 6.30pm; Sat 9.30am 2pm

Requirements
- At least GCE N Level Certificate
- No prior experience required
- Candidates with customer service / sales admin experience will have an advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Possess a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work independently yet have a collaborative mindset
- Singapore Citizens and PRs only
