Job Description

As a Workforce Management (WFM) Operations Coordinator you play a vital role in supporting our WFM ecosystem ensuring that each store has the right people in the right place at the right time. As the key link between our central head office and local markets you keep communication flowing and stakeholders aligned. You build strong relationships with WFM super users translating market needs into practical solutions. 

With a deep understanding of the shop floor you turn insights into actionenhancing WFM tools refining training materials and collaborating on improvements that make a real impact.

 

Furthermore you will:

  • Be the main contact for WFM super users translating market needs into practical solutions.
  • Manage WFM communication ensuring clarity and timeliness.
  • Champion the voice of the shop floor identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support strategic projects training and process enhancements.
  • Oversee WFMrelated tickets ensuring smooth resolutions.

Qualifications :

High on energy low on ego and with a collaborative mindset. You thrive on supporting teams fostering relationships and making things run smoothly. With your strong organizational skills proactive communication and keen attention to detail you are a vital player in ensuring our WFM efforts are seamless.

 

On top of this you have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a retail operations or commercial setting you thrive in a dynamic environment where every detail contributes to a seamless customer journey.
  • Familiarity with workforce management tools (like Quinyx) is a plus.
  • A natural communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A problemsolver at heart with the organisational skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • A datadriven mindset you believe that insights lead to smarter decisions.
  • The ability to manage complexity with creativity think outside the box and make an impact in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must (extra languages Even better!.

 

With 12 colleagues you are part of our young and ambitious Retail Commercial Development Team which is part of the bigger Retail Team. Our team consists of a fun mix of people with various backgrounds and areas of expertise. We all have a huge sense of commitment we love to connect with each other exchange ideas and knowledge (not only about mustgoplaces to have dinner during the weekend).

You will spend (quite some of) your time at our Amsterdam HQ. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.
