Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 5 years.
- Expertise in Kanban Program Backlog Management.
- Strong working experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and SAFe methodologies.
- Handson experience in release planning and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps Rally.
- Ability to drive continuous process improvement and Agile coaching.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams (Product Engineering QA DevOps UX).
- Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) LeSS or Nexus frameworks.
- Certifications (CSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master).
- Background in software development or QA (understanding of SDLC).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives).
- Foster an environment of selforganizing teams and Agile maturity.
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint .
- Track and report team velocity burndown charts and release progress.
- Sprint Planning & Release Management
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to define realistic sprint goals and release plans.
- Work with teams to refine the product backlog ensuring clear and achievable deliverables.
- Align technical dependencies risks and priorities for seamless releases.
- Ensure ontime highquality releases by identifying bottlenecks early.
- Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Coach teams on Agile principles mindset and best practices.
- Drive crossteam coordination and resolve conflicts to improve efficiency.
- Implement datadriven decisionmaking for productivity enhancements.
- Advocate for Agile engineering practices (CI/CD test automation DevOps collaboration). Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide transparent updates on sprint/release progress risks and blockers to leadership.
- Work closely with Engineering Product Management and QA to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Communicate key metrics and insights for datadriven decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
