Supports the interface management between projects and programmes under F&E
Helps to controls the master schedule for all projects and programmes currently being delivered under F&E
Maintains the master schedule and advises on the impact of missed milestones and dependencies
Works with the Reporting function to advise on corrective actions for schedule delays
Provides support and guidance to project and programme teams
Helps to ensure all project schedules include activities that are aligned to the F&E Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Reviews the accuracy of schedules to reduce the risk of optimism bias and benchmarks these with other projects and programmes under F&E
Helps to ensure that schedules are cost and resource loaded in accordance with Earned Value Management principles and F&E standards
Reviews Schedule submissions submitted by outsourced consultants and contractors
Project Scheduling
Developing Schedules: Create detailed project schedules, outlining timelines, milestones, and deadlines for each task, ensuring that all project phases are completed on time.
Time Management: Monitor the progress of tasks and ensure the project stays on track with the timeline, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate delays or changes in scope.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the scheduling of resources (e.g., labor, equipment, materials) to ensure that they are available when needed to meet project deadlines.
Task Coordination
Tracking Milestones: Identify and track key milestones in the project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Managing Dependencies: Monitor dependencies between tasks, ensuring that the completion of one task doesn’t delay others and that the project flows smoothly from start to finish.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical activities are completed first.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
Tracking Project Progress: Regularly update the project schedule with actual completion data, comparing the planned versus actual timeline to identify any discrepancies or delays.
Reporting: Provide progress reports to project managers, stakeholders, and clients, offering an overview of timelines, any delays, and updated deadlines.
Forecasting: Predict potential scheduling challenges and offer solutions or adjustments to keep the project on track.
Education
Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Business Administration or equivalent

5+ years experience in portfolio schedule management
