What you will do:
- Develop and implement facilities management and supplier procurement strategies
- Conduct supplier analysis market research and sourcing projects
- Lead contract negotiations and supplier relationship management
- Identify and implement costsaving opportunities within the category
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
What you bring & who you are:
- Masters degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement or a related field
- Experience in strategic sourcing supplier evaluation and contract negotiation for Facilities Management
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in procurement policies and risk management
- Effective communicator and negotiator with stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP Oracle) and data analytics tools (Excel Power BI)
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
