A respected Independent school in Brent is seeking a History Teacher to join their dedicated Humanities faculty. This fulltime permanent role starts in April 2025 offering an exciting opportunity to teach History up to KS5 helping students develop critical analysis and a deep understanding of historical events.

Responsibilities
- Teach History across KS3 KS4 and KS5 delivering dynamic and thoughtprovoking lessons
- Support students in GCSE and ALevel exams ensuring strong academic outcomes
- Encourage students to analyse primary sources political movements and historical events critically
- Work with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and interdisciplinary projects
- Lead or support extracurricular activities such as historical society trips and academic competitions
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in History Political Science or a related field
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching History up to KS5
