About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager to join our team and drive growth through smart datadriven digital advertising. This is an intermediatelevel fulltime remote role ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce brands. Experience with Google Ads is a bonus but not the primary focus.
In this role you’ll work closely with the founder (who currently manages our ads) to create launch and optimize campaigns primarily on Meta Ads. Initially you’ll focus on handson —setting up campaigns loading creative and managing budgets. Over time you’ll take full ownership of the accounts and strategy.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only datadriven but also a creative problem solver—someone who enjoys testing new campaign structures coming up with new creative angles and working with the team to turn insights into highperforming ads. You should be comfortable experimenting analyzing and adjusting to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
Set up manage and optimize paid campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Google Ads experience is a bonus).
Collaborate with the founder to build test and refine new campaigns audiences and account structures.
Proactively analyze performance data to identify winning creative audiences and strategies.
Report weekly on campaign performance—sharing insights trends and recommendations.
Work closely with our video editor to provide feedback on what creative and hooks are driving results.
Suggest new ad concepts creative angles and campaign ideas based on performance insights.
Continuously test and experiment with new approaches to campaign structures audiences and bidding strategies.
(Bonus) Create simple static image ads if needed.
Stay up to date with platform changes best practices for ecommerce brands and emerging strategies.
What We’re Looking For
2 years experience managing paid social campaigns for ecommerce brands with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Ads (search shopping) is a bonus but not required.
A datadriven mindset—you love using numbers to guide decisions.
Creative thinker—you enjoy brainstorming new ad concepts messaging angles and ways to improve performance.
Strong problem solver—you thrive on figuring out why something isn’t working and finding solutions.
Comfort with testing and learning—you understand that ongoing experimentation is key to scaling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams and provide clear feedback on what’s working.
Comfortable working remotely and using tools like Slack Google Workspace and Meta Ads Manager.
Proactive and selfmotivated—you bring ideas and solutions to the table.
