Job Description
As the Lead Product Designer for our Player Experience pillar you will focus on creating seamless engaging experiences across key customer journeys including Onboarding Payments and Safer Gambling. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams you will tackle complex userdriven challenges and promote a customercentric mindset within our product squads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a global team of Product & Content Designers fostering a collaborative design culture.
- Set clear objectives and align team members with their career plans.
- Ensure coordination across crossfunctional teams to enhance user experiences in line with broader UX strategies.
- Oversee user research methods to optimize player engagement.
- Create onbrand designs that delight customers and enhance the games appeal.
- Implement playercentric design methodologies rooted in user insights and usability best practices.
- Utilize player feedback data analytics and industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and integration.
- Stay updated on UX trends and drive innovative design concepts.
- Promote a culture of design thinking and creative problemsolving within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with best practices brand guidelines and design frameworks.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in user journeys related to the Player Experience pillar.
- Expertise in UserCentered Design and Interaction Design.
- Deep understanding of Information Architecture and Visual Design.
- Proficiency in Wireframing and Accessibility & Inclusive Design.
- Advanced knowledge of Usability Testing and User Flows.
- Excellent collaboration presentation and workshop coordination skills.
- Mastery of Heuristic evaluation methods.
