Job Title: Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize visuals based on job requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop technical illustrations and graphs
Update existing files and utilize templates
Create website ads and graphics
Prepare existing images for online use
Design sales literature such as ads brochures and flyers
Design largeformat conference graphics
Design and typeset multipage conference programs
Create PowerPoint templates
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on existing brand guidelines
Work with marketing professionals Art Director and VP Production to produce final design
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to the stakeholder
Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards
Requirements:
2 years of recent experience in graphic design for web and print
Talent for design layout and typography
Strong portfolio
Proficiency in design software and technologies including Adobe InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Acrobat and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Exceptional English communications both written and verbal
Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays full time
Must be willing to attend production meetings (Central time)
