Job Description
***This is a 6month temporary employment contract***
Main Objective
The Customer Planning Administrator is responsible for plan manage and control customer deliveries in a timely manner throughout the value chain ensuring deliveries by analyzing confirming and scheduling demand in systems and following up with customers.
What challenges will you have
- Manage data and information to satisfy the demand with the customer.
- Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production to the customer.
- Monitor the shipment of purchase orders for key accounts and communicate any changes that affect delivery to the customer.
- Programming and followup of the production plan.
- Ensure that sales transactions are completed with accuracy and established quality standards to the customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- Industrial Engineering Logistics Management Business or related field
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Customer Service or related positions is a must
- Advanced English level
Technical Knowledge
- OEM Portals Management (OEMs)
- Office expertise in Excel is a plus
- SAP Mod. SALES & DIST
