What You ll Be Doing

YouTube Growth & Lead Generation

• Craft a YouTubefirst content strategy that attracts engages and converts viewers into customers.
  

• Optimize videos for SEO engagement and lead capture (thumbnails titles descriptions callstoaction).
  

• Track and analyze video performance adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  

HandsOn Video Production & Editing

• Film edit and produce highquality video content this is a handson role not a purely managerial one.
  

• Edit videos using industrystandard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
  

• Experiment with visual storytelling techniques motion graphics and sound design to enhance engagement.
  

• Ensure every video aligns with brand guidelines messaging and lead generation goals.
  

Decentralizing Video Content Creation

• Assess and implement strategies to enable employees across departments to contribute video content.
  

• Develop training programs easytofollow guidelines and toolkits so teams can create effective videos.
  

• Identify the best platforms tools and workflows to scale content creation efficiently.
  

Driving Conversions Through Video

• Integrate video into customer funnels landing pages and campaigns for maximum impact.
  

• Experiment with A/B testing of thumbnails intros callstoaction and engagement hooks.
  

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage video for customer nurturing and closing deals.
