Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install televisions for customers in their homes or businesses ensuring proper connections and functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to television performance including picture quality sound and connectivity problems.
- Performed repairs on televisions including replacing faulty components soldering and other necessary procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns answering questions and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on televisions to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls repairs and parts used.
- Stay uptodate with the latest television technology and trends including smart TVs LED OLED and other display technologies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing installations and repairs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A technical degree or diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in television installation servicing and repair is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong knowledge of television technology including hardware software and connectivity.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid drivers license and own transportation is an advantage.
