The Healthcare Account Executive plays a crucial role in helping clients maximize the value of their systems and technology investments. This position is based in the Denver metro area and is responsible for healthcare accounts across Colorado focusing on both acute and postacute care markets.
The AM will be responsible for selling a full suite of hardware and software solutions including critical communication technologies audiovisual systems security solutions and other clinical applications. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while identifying new opportunities to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Expand account penetration at both the IDN and facility levels within healthcare markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor leveraging expertise in critical communication technologies including Rauland Nurse Call products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Promote a full portfolio of solutions including audiovisual security and clinical technology solutions.
- Create and execute account strategies for both existing and new customers ensuring continuous engagement and sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including implementation IT and service delivery to deliver highquality customer support.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecasts ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Engage in industry networking by attending trade shows training sessions and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of sales experience in an account executive role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
- Prior experience selling healthcarerelated software and services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Ability to travel 2550 of the time as required.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Primary work environment is officebased with some travel 3040 to client sites.
- Role reports to the director of sales.
- Must meet background check requirements for customer site access.
- Must comply with customermandated health screenings vaccinations and drug/alcohol screening protocols.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
