- Quality Key Account: customer communication for all quality related topics improvement of customer satisfaction coordination of customer audits and visits
- autonomous creation of quality reports and improvement programs for customers and internal review
- Autonomous and competent handling of customer escalations
- Drive the problem solving with customer and internal partners within BOSCH.
Job specific:
- focus on SO semiconductor customers on the Chinese market
- close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team
- technical quality interface between Reutlingen and Chinese customers
Qualifications :
- Personality: high customer and goal orientation strong communication collaboration and presentation skills selfmotivated always striving to improve the actual state team player openminded ability to understand the German culture
- Working practice: several years of experience in quality management or semiconductor manufacturing or development
- Experience & Knowledge: experience in quality claim management customer communication deep semiconductor knowledge
- Languages: fluent in English (verbal and written) fluent in Chinese (verbal)
- Education: University degree in electrical engineering physics or similar technical subjects
- Major electrical engineering
