Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will ensure safe and efficient production by maintaining equipment troubleshooting issues optimizing processes and collaborating with teams to meet quality and output goals.

Principal responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental policies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Implement corrective actions to improve quality and equipment performance
- Repair or replace defective machine components including solenoids valves and cylinders
- Perform line and machine changeovers efficiently
- Optimize processes to minimize setup time
- Meet production targets to support customer demands
- Complete required technical training for continuous growth and development
- Work collaboratively with Operators Maintenance Technicians Production Supervisors Engineers and Leadership
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed including weekends
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong technical aptitude with basic knowledge in pneumatics hydraulics print reading and mechanical systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration
- Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to technician duties in a fastpaced dynamic manufacturing environment
- Highly motivated selfdriven and committed to continuous improvement
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with handson experience in machine maintenance
