Job Description
We have 2 vacancies for Planner/Buyers in our production Control department. This is a fulltime role working from Monday to Friday 37 hours. The post will report to the Group Leader Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Review and expedite material shortages with suppliers.
- Schedule and forecast material demand with suppliers.
- Process supplier returns orders.
- Process concessions for logistics issues.
- Process invoices relating to logistics services.
- Maintain inventory accuracy on SAP.
- Set up & Maintain supplier logistics agreements.
- Maintain supplier packaging instructions.
- Participate in team and supplier meetings.
Qualifications :
- Relevant degree in similar / related field desirable
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain Management and Procurement role
- Experience of supplier management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- SAP experience desirable.
- MS Office (Excel Word Outlook experience would be advantageous).
