You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal resources vendors and thirdparty partners to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Facilitate regular meetings to track progress address challenges and provide updates to stakeholders.
Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) earned value management (EVM) and other metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders department heads and external partners.
Present project status reports progress updates and final deliverables to executive management and clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated inquiries and communications.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira Trello Asana or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of banking processes systems and technologies (e.g. core banking systems digital transformation initiatives cybersecurity measures).
Experience managing largescale projects involving IT implementations process reengineering or system upgrades.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Resultsdriven with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Adaptable and resilient in a fastpaced everchanging banking environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
