Job Description
This is a remote position.
Overview:
Holistic Purpose Leaders apply PTU s transformational leadership frameworks within businesses organizations and communities. Whether you re integrating holistic purpose into your company leading social impact initiatives or mentoring future leaders this role is built for those ready to drive change at scale.
Responsibilities:
Apply PTU s purposealigned leadership model within your organization business or as a PTU collaborator.
Lead workshops team training and transformation initiatives that drive purposedriven impact.
Act as a thought leader & facilitator in missiondriven spaces.
Mentor emerging leaders within PTU and beyond.
Help reshape workplace culture through purposealigned leadership strategies.
Requirements
Must hold or be in the process of earning the Holistic Purpose Leader (HPL) Certification through PTU. (This application serves as your certification & career pathway application.
Demonstrated leadership experience in at least one of the following industries:
Healthcare & Wellness (e.g. hospital administration holistic health mental health)
Business & Entrepreneurship (e.g. executives business owners consultants)
Technology & Innovation (e.g. IT leadership AI ethics product management)
Education & Training (e.g. educators corporate trainers DEI specialists)
Nonprofit & Ministry (e.g. community leaders faithbased organizations philanthropy)
Experience in coaching leadership development strategic planning or organizational transformation.
Strong ability to communicate and drive purposedriven decisionmaking.
Reliable internet video and audio functionality and a clean distractionfree environment for remote work.
Ability to work professionally on respectful clientfacing platforms (onboarding details provided).

Requirements: Must hold or be in the process of earning the Certified Holistic Purpose Coach (CHPC) Certification through PTU. (This application serves as your certification & career pathway application. Experience in mentorship, personal development, life coaching, counseling, psychology, or leadership coaching. Alignment with PTU s mission of uplifting human dignity through transformational coaching. Strong communication and coaching skills, with an ability to lead breakthrough conversations. Reliable internet, video and audio functionality, and a clean, distraction-free environment for remote work. Ability to work professionally on respectful, client-facing platforms (onboarding details provided).
