Job Description
- Design implement and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Identify training needs through performance appraisals surveys and feedback.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys to gather insights and improve workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address employee performance challenges.
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven 3 years of experience in HR roles particularly in training development and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and recruitment tools.
