HR & Recruiting Specialist ABA Therapy (Remote Bilingual Spanish)
Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish & English (Required) 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition in healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health Highly detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple candidates and deadlines efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with staff professionally Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively and make strategic hiring decisions Tech-savvy comfortable using HR/recruiting software, email, and spreadsheets for tracking applicants and staff Problem-solving mindset able to identify challenges in hiring and onboarding and proactively find solutions Knowledge of BCBA credentialing & healthcare compliance (preferred but not required) Employment Type
