What will you be doing
We are looking for talented individual to join our Reregistration team in Glasgow. In your role you will perform the daily duties general processing of all ReRegistration functions in a timely and accurate basis whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role holder will operate within defined standards and guidelines which are aligned to service level agreements and data quality controls.
As an Operations Executive Reregistration you responsibilities will include among others
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and work produced within deadlines and that any anomalies are reported to your line manager within agreed timescales.
- Ensuring that personal and team KPIs are met assisting in collation of MI highlighting any issues to management.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a timely professional manner liaising with fund managers and external parties where relevant and in a timely manner escalating any issues where relevant.
- Logging maintaining and responding to written client enquiries in a timely manner ensuring all client and external documents are relevant and up to date.
- Contributing to the review of team tasks identifying improvements with a view to enhancing client service. Participate in and contribute to any adhoc projectrelated work where necessary.
- Adopting a highquality culture to minimise errors and ensuring high quality service levels are delivered. Ensuring all work is with a high level of accuracy including data input document checking and payments escalating to manager or relevant department where necessary.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should have
- Experience gained within a financial services institution especially in Operations is advantageous but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to senior audiences.
- Ability to work well in a team but concurrently comfortable to work individually.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner.
Desired
- Previous experience in banking industry would be a plus
