The Regulatory Compliance Analyst support analyses the EMEA wide regulatory landscape and its impact on our business. Partnering with the compliance team the Regulatory Compliance Analyst assists in providing recommendations and analysis to the business on regulatory changes that could transform our operations.
- Undertake regular research and accumulating external market knowledge internal business knowledge and legal and regulatory knowledge relevant to the EMEA operating companies
- Identification and analysis of laws and regulations throughout EMEA assessing risk impact on our operating companies
- Work in conjunctions with the Legal Team to develop and prepare the necessary policies guidelines and business processes to enable full compliance with relevant laws and regulations across the EMEA region
- Maintain and renew relevant licences and registrations as required by each operating company across the jurisdiction within which Allegis EMEA operates
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health safety and welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business
- Collaborating with Legal HR and other relevant departments to prepare review and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation
- Developing an indepth understanding of our business operates internal systems and data sources to provide data insight
- Develop strong partnerships with Legal HR Field Support Commercial to support current and future business decisions
Qualifications :
- BSc/BA degree or similar further education
- Post graduate related experience HR Legal or Compliance
- Superior communication skills written and oral and ability to build relationships quickly
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent attention to detail Right First Time
- Excellent Time Management organisation skills and adaptable to change
- Experience providing high standards of service to stakeholders
- Experience of identifying and analysing complex laws regulations and issues recommending business and commercially sensitive solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Teams
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety qualification or an equivalent accreditation (Desired)
