Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach.
During the Build phase perform all necessary configuration activities.
Autonomously organize manage and execute the required project testing (NonRegression Tests Regression Tests System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests).
Prepare cutover activities and deploy the changes to Production.
Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents Configuration Manual Workbooks End User Training materials and all types of Testing Documentation).
Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.
Qualifications :
3/4 years experience as a SAP SF Performance and Goals Consultant with knowledge of Succession and Development
