Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions maintaining records and supporting the accounting department with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices payments and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
  • Prepare and process expense claims.
  • Assist with financial reporting and monthend procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in accounting finance or a related field (or currently studying towards one).
  • Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Pastel QuickBooks or Xero).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
