Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to meet targets.
- Obtain referrals from current clients.
- Create awareness by distributing marketing material.
- Generate quotations and followup.
- Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client.
- Liaised with Sales Admin in data completion and submission.
- Assist client with any other services required i.e. change of ownership cancellations invoices etc.
- Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that product and system knowledge is current by attending various information/training sessions.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelors Degree from any field.
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written with clear and effective communication skills.
- Minimum two years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
- Strong experience in contacting and engaging with B2B customers preferably in a telesales or salesrelated role.
- Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta.
