Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design concepts for multichannel marketing campaigns including digital ads brochures presentations email templates and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams copywriters and stakeholders to create compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop UI/UX prototypes and design userfriendly interfaces for websites apps and digital products ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.
- Interact closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Design and manage marketing collateral ensuring highquality output across print and digital platforms.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) to produce highimpact visual designs.
- Work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word) to create welldesigned presentations and marketing documentation.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for web and mobile platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in UI/UX to create designs that engage users and drive interaction.
- Work along with the project team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high quality standard.
Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design software.
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design including wireframes prototypes and user journey mapping.
- Strong understanding of design principles color theory typography and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations.
- Experience working in an advertising agency or design studio.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates into code.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
Additional Qualities:
- Should be a team player as well as ability to be a individual contributor.
- Should be adaptable to the work environment.
- Should have worked in a variety of work area including UI/UX design collateral marketing and campaign .
Educational Qualifications and background:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Should have proven experience in designing marketing campaigns and creating visually impactful collateral for global brands.
- Experience in UI/UX design and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel) is preferred.
- Should have worked for reputed tech brands or prominent digital or advertising agencies.
