You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe IP Manager is responsible for providing IP support to the company with new product launches and IP queries. Conduct and manage the review of the regulatory and patent landscape of products. Identify IP opportunities and risks. Conduct IP due diligence evaluation of inlicensed products. Provide support in litigation strategies. Preparation/revision of oppositions. Monitor competitors activities. Maintain internal Patent database and trackers.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Provide IP support to the company with new product launches and IP queries.
Review regulatory and patent landscape of products and identify opportunities.
Conduct the IP review of new product launches (NPL) to ensure freedomtooperate
Conduct IP due diligence evaluations of inlicensed products.
Provide support in building and implementing IP strategies. Liaise with external counsels and lawyers in litigation strategies.
Drafting and filing of oppositions. Liaise with external attorneys oppositions managed by them.
Prosecution of Intas European patent applications at the European Patent Office (EPO).
Monitor competitors launches dossiers registrations and IP strategies.
Support the maintenance of internal Patent database and trackers.
Perform basic IP trainings to new employees and productspecific IP sessions to NPL and Portfolio teams.

Relevant Functional / Technical Skills or Industry Experience:
Experience in similar position in pharmaceutical company.
Indepth knowledge of European Patent Law; partially or fully Qualified European Patent Attorney.
Knowledge of EU regulation on medicinal products.
Advanced analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrable business and commercial awareness.
Experience of working independently and as a part of a team.
Relevant Professional / Educational Background:
Bachelors degree or PhD in Chemistry Biochemistry Pharmacy or related field.
Indepth knowledge of European Patent Law; partially or fully Qualified European Patent Attorney.
